Saima Saleem
Mphil. Clinical Psychology
Saima Saleem, the visionary founder of House of Therapy, is a Clinical Psychologist based in Ludhiana, Punjab. With a rich academic and professional background, Saima has cultivated a holistic approach to mental health, blending rigorous scientific methodologies with a very human centered style. She graduated with a Gold Medal in M.A Psychology and is an alumni of the prestigious National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS), Bengaluru, where she completed M.Phil in Clinical Psychology.
Saima’s therapeutic repertoire is vast with certifications, training and practice in Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), CBT and more. She is also is Queer Affirmative therapist with a training in EDMR. Her strength lies in her ability to work with a diverse clientele- from adults, families ,couples and adolescents. One of her key areas to work in is parenting and ____ House of Therapy is her brainchild that she has worked very hard to build from the ground up. She offers psychotherapy and allied therapeutic interventions that are both scientifically grounded and tailored to individual needs. Beyond counselling services, Saima is also a supervisor to school counsellors and psychologists and is also popular as a trusted trainer and facilitator.
Her professional side is dynamic, but her cooking skills are no less, so much so that she could start a food blog if she wanted to. She is also an avid reader, showcases the artistic side of her personality with painting and make-up, but most of all loves being a mother!
Gagan Behl
M.A. Clinical Psychology
Gagan Behl, a seasoned professional in the mental health sector, is based in Ludhiana, Punjab. With over nine years of experience, Gagan has gained his expertise in music therapy, psychotherapy, and mindfulness coaching. His therapeutic work experience includes individual and group settings, rehabilitation hospitals and psycho-social support. He has advanced his training in Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Gagan has spearheaded numerous training programs, and he is not only regarded as a great facilitator, but also a wonderful mentor. A true Punabi at heart, apart from his music, he truly enjoys breaking into Bhangra. Coffee and occasional cooking, watching a horror movie, but it is spending time with his baby that tops the list of what makes him happy.
Currently, Gagan serves at AAS Rehab Centre as a music therapist and mindfulness coach, and he consults at the House of Therapy in Ludhiana, offering psychotherapy to adolescents and adults.
